byLYNCH is an independent artistic photography publication. These terms explain the conditions for using the website and the limits on reuse of its creative material.

1. Using the website
By accessing the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the rights of the photographer, featured individuals, collaborators and other rights holders. If you disagree with these terms, please discontinue use of the site. These terms do not remove rights or exceptions guaranteed under applicable law.
2. Copyright and attribution
Unless a different credit or licence is expressly stated, original photographs and authored editorial material on byLYNCH are presented as work of Romario Lynch / byLYNCH. Certain works may contain contributions, trademarks, music, writing or other material owned by their respective rights holders. Credit alone does not create a licence, and absence of a watermark does not make an image free to reuse.
Copyright and related rights are reserved to their respective owners, subject to statutory limitations and exceptions.
3. What you may and may not do
You may view and share links to public pages for personal, lawful use. Except where a separate licence or the law allows it, do not download and republish full-resolution photography, sell or license images, distribute substantial galleries, remove credits, imply endorsement or use images in advertising, merchandise, datasets or promotional campaigns without permission from the appropriate rights holders.
Requests for publication, commercial licensing, exhibition, press use or other reuse should be directed through Content & Photography Rights before reuse.
4. People, likenesses and artistic content
Some works portray identifiable individuals, body art, nudity or other mature artistic themes. Visitors are responsible for deciding whether such material is suitable for them and for complying with local age and content restrictions. A photograph's appearance on this site does not grant third parties permission to exploit a subject's identity, likeness or personal information.
For privacy or image concerns, use the process described in Content & Photography Rights. Requests are reviewed on their merits; no statement on this page should be understood as a blanket claim that every past publication has identical permissions or signed releases.
5. External services and submissions
Linked pages, social profiles, stores and embedded audio or video may be operated by independent organizations, with their own terms and privacy policies. byLYNCH is not responsible for their independent content or practices. Older reader comments may remain visible as part of the archive; the website does not currently offer an active comment or account-registration facility.
6. Availability and corrections
Pages, features, images and links may be updated or unavailable without notice. The publication aims to keep attribution and material information accurate, but makes no promise of uninterrupted service or that all third-party links will remain available. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects mandatory consumer or privacy protections.
7. Rights inquiries and changes
For permissions, alleged infringement, attribution corrections or privacy concerns, provide the relevant page URL, identification of the material and a brief explanation via @lebosslynch on Instagram. Please do not send private identification documents in an initial social message. The Contact page lists the current public contact channels.
