Content & Photography Rights

A photography-first statement about creative ownership, respect for depicted individuals, mature artistic work and requests concerning specific images.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. The publication and the work

byLYNCH publishes photographic projects and editorial material by Jamaican photographer Romario Lynch, alongside credited creative collaborations and occasional third-party media. The collection is presented as an artistic record. Some work includes body art, sensual portraiture, artistic nudity and other mature themes.

Artistic presentation is not an invitation to copy images without authorization or to treat depicted people as objects of harassment. The presence of an image online does not waive copyright, privacy, personality or other applicable rights.

3. Licensing and editorial requests

For proposed editorial or commercial use, share the page URL(s), exact photograph(s), intended purpose, platform, publication or campaign, territory and duration. Requests can be initiated via @lebosslynch on Instagram; permission is not granted until confirmed by the relevant rights holder(s). A tag or credit without permission is not a substitute for a licence.

4. Mature artistic content

Some public galleries contain full nudity or sexually explicit imagery. Viewers should exercise discretion, particularly in shared or workplace environments. The publication does not imply that every gallery is appropriate for minors. This notice is informational only; it is not an age-verification feature or advertising-policy exemption.

The photographer's artistic goals and the separate restrictions of advertisers or other service providers are not identical. Any future content-routing or advertising changes must be evaluated independently of the rights of image subjects.

5. Requests from featured people or representatives

If you are depicted, credited, identified or otherwise affected by a specific work, you may ask for a review of attribution, personal data, context or continued publication. Include the relevant public page URL, which part concerns you and what resolution you seek. Do not send identity documents or intimate personal details via an initial Instagram message. We may need to establish the requester's relationship to the material by a more appropriate channel before taking action.

Requests are considered individually, taking account of privacy and data-protection obligations, copyright and collaborator rights, editorial and artistic expression, and the law applicable to the circumstances. Historic comment authors may also request a correction or removal review using the Contact page. There is no automatic promise to remove every challenged image, but genuine concerns will be reviewed.

6. Copyright, impersonation and inaccurate attribution

For alleged unauthorized use, supply the URL, the material at issue, the basis of the asserted right and how to reach you. For a credit correction, identify the name or contribution requiring review. Requests that include sensitive personal information should begin with a brief message requesting a secure communication method.
